☆I don’t take custom design requests, as I’m fully dedicated to creating collections based on specific themes. This allows me to focus all my time and creativity on bringing each collection to life.

☆My pieces are made to last. If something goes wrong due to a defect outside of your control—like a clasp breaking—I’ll always fix it for free. However, certain types of damage aren’t covered and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a replacement is possible, I’ll provide options and pricing—for example, a new chain with a different finish or length.

☆I don’t typically run general sales, as my pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities—not mass produced. Occasionally, I may offer special promotions on select items, but these remain rare. This helps me maintain fair pricing that reflects the true value and craftsmanship of each piece.
